Carly M. Goldstein, Ph.D.
Psychology Fellow

Carly M. Goldstein, Ph.D, is a postdoctoral research fellow on the Cardiovascular Behavioral Medicine T32 funded by NHLBI in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center of The Miriam Hospital. She is completing her fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. J. Graham Thomas. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kent State University in 2015. Her research is focused on developing and improving mHealth interventions and prevention programs for obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes utilizing novel technology. She is also broadly interested in factors influencing adequate self-management such as medication adherence and cognitive impairment.
